JAMA Convenes Extraordinary General Assembly Session and 354th Board of Directors Meeting
The Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association, Inc. (JAMA) convened both an extraordinary session of its General Assembly and its 354th Board of Directors meeting at the Palace Hotel Hakone (Hakone Town, Kanagawa Prefecture) on July 18, 2003. The purpose of the meetings was to address the following business matters.
1. The Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting
Pursuant to member manufacturers' notifications of changes in JAMA
Directors as a result of executive personnel reassignments at their
respective
companies, this extraordinary session of the General Assembly was used
to fill the following Director vacancies and select a new Vice-Chairman.
