July 25, 2005
The Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association, Inc. (Chairman: Itaru Koeda) will hold the 39th Tokyo Motor Show - Passenger Cars & Motorcycles - (2005) at the Makuhari Messe in Makuhari, Chiba Prefecture for 17 days from Friday, October 21 to Sunday, November 6 (public exhibition begins on Saturday, October 22). As part of this effort, it has actively recruited sponsors to participate in the "Sponsorship Program."
The "Sponsorship Program" was first introduced in 2003 with the 37th Tokyo Motor Show. While the Show has traditionally offered sponsors the opportunity to participate in event tie-ups (see below for a list of event tie-up sponsors), the "Sponsorship Program" represents a broader form of participation that helps to make the show more attractive and enjoyable for a wide range of visitors, including younger people, women and families. Companies participating in the "Sponsorship Program" are able to display advertising in the show site, promote themselves and their products at company booths and gain exposure for their brands at one of the largest events in Japan.
We are pleased to announce the selection of the following sponsors. Sponsorship recruiting is still open and we look forward to the participation of even more sponsors in the future.
